Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cups cooked rice

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic powder and ground ginger.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add bell peppers and onion and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the teriyaki sauce mixture and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Serve over cooked rice.
  5. Enjoy!
