- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 cups stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, snow peas, etc.)
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add vegetables and season with garlic powder and ginger.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add teriyaki sauce and stir to coat.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes more until sauce is heated through.
- Serve warm.
