Teriyaki Stir-Fry…
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 cups stir-fry vegetables (broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, snow peas, etc.)

Steps
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add vegetables and season with garlic powder and ginger.
  2. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  3. Add teriyaki sauce and stir to coat.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes more until sauce is heated through.
  5. Serve warm.
