Teriyaki Stir Fry
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups sliced carrots
  • 2 cups snow peas

Steps
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the teriyaki mixture and water, stirring to combine.
  3. Add the vegetables and cook for 3-5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  4. Serve immediately.
