Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic and ginger.
  2. Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat.
  3. Thread the shrimp onto metal or wooden skewers.
  4. Grill over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked through.
