- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic and ginger.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat.
- Thread the shrimp onto metal or wooden skewers.
