- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and ground ginger.
- Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through.
- Serve with cooked rice or quinoa in bowls.
