Teriyaki Shrimp B…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and ground ginger.
  2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink and cooked through.
  5. Serve with cooked rice or quinoa in bowls.
