Teriyaki Salmon
Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup mirin (Japanese sweet rice wine)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, mirin, honey and garlic.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  5. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  6. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
  8. Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
