- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup mirin (Japanese sweet rice wine)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, mirin, honey and garlic.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
- Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
