Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 3 cups cooked white rice
  • 3 cups cooked salmon, flaked into pieces

Steps
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the teriyaki sauce, honey, ginger, and red pepper flakes and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the salmon and stir to combine. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
  5. Serve warm.
