- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 3 cups cooked salmon, flaked into pieces
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the teriyaki sauce, honey, ginger, and red pepper flakes and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add the cooked rice and stir to combine. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Add the salmon and stir to combine. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
