Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 lbs salmon, cut into 1-inch cubes

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, mirin, sugar, vegetable oil, and garlic.
  2. Thread the salmon cubes onto skewers.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  4. Brush the teriyaki sauce onto the salmon skewers.
  5. Grill for 5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  6. Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
