Ingredients
  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups cooked white rice

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place salmon in a shallow baking dish and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, ground ginger and black pepper. Pour the marinade over the salmon and turn to coat.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  4. Serve over cooked white rice.
