Ingredients
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Steps
  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, and sesame oil.
  2. Add the salmon fillets and turn to coat.
  3. Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
  5. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Discard marinade.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes or until easily flaked with a fork.
  7. Serve over cooked rice or quinoa with steamed vegetables of your choice.
