- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Add the salmon fillets and turn to coat.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
- Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Discard marinade.
- Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes or until easily flaked with a fork.
- Serve over cooked rice or quinoa with steamed vegetables of your choice.
