- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- In a medium bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic and ginger.
- Place shrimp in the bowl and stir to coat.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill skewers for 3-4 minutes per side or until shrimp are cooked through.
- Serve warm.
