Teriyaki Chicken …
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken cubes with the teriyaki sauce and set aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the garlic powder, ginger, and black pepper and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve hot.
