Teriyaki Chicken …
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger root
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic and ginger.
  2. Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and mix until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill for about 8 minutes or until cooked through, turning once.
