- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger root
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic and ginger.
- Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and mix until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill for about 8 minutes or until cooked through, turning once.
