Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups cooked white rice

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken thighs and teriyaki sauce. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 8 minutes per side.
  3. Divide the cooked white rice among four bowls. Top each bowl with a cooked chicken thigh.
  4. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
