- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and ginger.
- Place chicken in a shallow dish and pour marinade over it.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Remove chicken from marinade and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with rice or noodles.
