Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic and ginger.
  2. Place chicken in a shallow dish and pour marinade over it.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Serve with rice or noodles.
