Teriyaki Chicken …
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into small cubes
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packages ramen noodles, cooked according to package instructions

Steps
  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Add the teriyaki sauce and chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Divide the cooked ramen noodles among four bowls. Ladle the teriyaki chicken broth over the noodles. Top with the cooked chicken.
  4. Serve hot.
