Teriyaki Chicken …
Ingredients
  • 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 8 oz. uncooked spaghetti noodles
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas

Steps
  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken strips and cook until lightly browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes and teriyaki sauce and stir to combine.
  4. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions.
  6. Drain noodles and add to the skillet with the chicken mixture.
  7. Stir in frozen peas and cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  8. Serve warm.
