- 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 8 oz. uncooked spaghetti noodles
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken strips and cook until lightly browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes and teriyaki sauce and stir to combine.
- Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti noodles according to package directions.
- Drain noodles and add to the skillet with the chicken mixture.
- Stir in frozen peas and cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Serve warm.
