Teriyaki Chicken …
Ingredients
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ground ginger and garlic powder. Mix until combined.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  4. Serve over cooked rice or quinoa and top with sesame seeds and green onions.
  5. Enjoy!
