Tater Tots
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs potatoes
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. Peel and grate the potatoes. Place grated potatoes in a bowl of cold water and let stand for 10 minutes. Drain, rinse, and dry with paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the potatoes, flour, salt, and pepper.
  4. Form the mixture into 1 inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Turn tater tots over with a spatula halfway through cooking time.
