- 1kg chicken thighs
- 3 tablespoons tandoori paste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Combine the tandoori paste, oil, cumin, coriander and garam masala in a bowl.
- Coat the chicken thighs in the mixture and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the chicken on a lined baking tray and cook for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
