Tandoori Chicken
Ingredients
  • 1kg chicken thighs
  • 3 tablespoons tandoori paste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

Steps
  1. Combine the tandoori paste, oil, cumin, coriander and garam masala in a bowl.
  2. Coat the chicken thighs in the mixture and marinate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  4. Place the chicken on a lined baking tray and cook for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Serve hot.
