Tandoori Chicken …
Ingredients
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon tandoori masala
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 4-6 whole wheat wraps

Steps
  1. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, tandoori masala, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder and chili powder. Add salt to taste.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the yogurt mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  4. Slice the chicken into thin strips.
  5. Warm up each wrap on the skillet for about 30 seconds per side.
  6. Place some of the chicken strips onto each wrap and top with lettuce, tomatoes and any other desired toppings.
  7. Roll up each wrap and enjoy!
