- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon tandoori masala
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 4-6 whole wheat wraps
- In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, tandoori masala, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder and chili powder. Add salt to taste.
- Marinate the chicken in the yogurt mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.
- Slice the chicken into thin strips.
- Warm up each wrap on the skillet for about 30 seconds per side.
- Place some of the chicken strips onto each wrap and top with lettuce, tomatoes and any other desired toppings.
- Roll up each wrap and enjoy!
