- 1/4 cup tandoori masala paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups cooked, diced chicken
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (14-ounce) pre-made pizza crust
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together tandoori masala paste, olive oil, chicken, red onion, bell pepper, salt and black pepper.
- Spread the pizza crust onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the tandoori chicken mixture over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top of the pizza.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
