Tandoori Chicken …
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, garlic powder, ginger, cumin, garam masala, turmeric and salt and pepper. Add the chicken cubes and stir to coat.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken cubes and cook for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Warm a naan bread in the skillet for 1 minute on each side.
  4. Top with cooked chicken cubes and serve.
