Tandoori Chicken …
Ingredients
  • 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt to taste

Steps
  1. Cut the chicken into cubes and place in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin, coriander, chili powder (if using), turmeric powder and lemon juice.
  3. Add the yogurt mixture to the chicken and mix until all the pieces are evenly coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  6. Thread the chicken cubes onto skewers and place on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
  8. Serve with your favorite sides.
