Tahini Sauce
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a small bowl, combine tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
