- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup cooked ground beef
- 1/4 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1/4 cup salsa
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add the black beans to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Spread the beef and bean mixture onto one of the tortillas.
- Top with cheese and salsa.
- Fold the other tortilla over to make a wrap. Heat in the skillet for 1-2 minutes per side until lightly browned.
- Slice into wedges and serve.
