Taco-Style Tortil…
Ingredients
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup cooked ground beef
  • 1/4 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the black beans to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  3. Spread the beef and bean mixture onto one of the tortillas.
  4. Top with cheese and salsa.
  5. Fold the other tortilla over to make a wrap. Heat in the skillet for 1-2 minutes per side until lightly browned.
  6. Slice into wedges and serve.
