- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup warm water
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add the oil and water and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to 1/8-inch thickness.
- Cut out circles with a biscuit cutter or glass.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place each circle of dough in the skillet and cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool on a wire rack before serving.
