Taco Salad Bowls
Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained and rinsed
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Steps
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the taco seasoning and water and stir to combine. Cook for 5 minutes or until the liquid has evaporated.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, black beans, corn, tomatoes and red onion.
  4. Divide the lettuce mixture among four bowls. Top each bowl with the taco meat and shredded cheese.
  5. Serve immediately.
