- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until no longer pink.
- Drain fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in black beans and tomatoes.
- Transfer mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until heated through.
