Ingredients
  • 2 lbs pork ribs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place ribs in a shallow baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, garlic and ginger.
  3. Pour over the ribs and turn to coat.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until tender.
  5. Turn ribs occasionally while baking.
