- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place ribs in a shallow baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, garlic and ginger.
- Pour over the ribs and turn to coat.
- Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until tender.
- Turn ribs occasionally while baking.
