Sweet and Sour Ch…
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Steps
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken cubes and cornstarch. Toss to coat.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the vinegar, ketchup, sugar and soy sauce to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Serve over rice.
