Ingredients
  • 4 sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato wedges with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread the wedges onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and mustard until combined.
  6. Serve the wedges warm with the honey mustard dip.
  7. Enjoy!
