Ingredients
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato wedges, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper (if using), salt and pepper.
  3. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
  4. Spread the potatoes on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time.
  6. Serve with garlic aioli.
