- 2 large sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the sweet potato wedges with the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the sweet potato wedges on the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with honey mustard dip.
