- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 425F.
- Cut sweet potatoes into 1/4 inch thick fries.
- In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder and salt. Toss until fries are evenly coated.
- Spread fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve warm with garlic aioli
