- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Cut sweet potatoes into wedges.
- Toss sweet potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
- Spread sweet potato wedges out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with chili lime mayo.
