Ingredients
  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Cut sweet potatoes into wedges.
  3. Toss sweet potatoes in a bowl with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
  4. Spread sweet potato wedges out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve with chili lime mayo.
