- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, ketchup, honey, soy sauce, garlic and red pepper flakes.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
