Sushi Rolls
Ingredients
  • Nori seaweed
  • Sushi rice
  • Fish or vegetables of your choice

Steps
  1. Lay the nori on a sushi mat with the shiny side down
  2. Spread the sushi rice evenly over the nori, leaving 1/2 inch of nori uncovered at the far end
  3. Place your choice of fish or vegetables in a line on top of the rice, near the end closest to you
  4. Roll up the sushi mat, pressing firmly to form a tight roll
  5. Cut into 8 equal pieces and serve
