- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups soft bread cubes
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- In a skillet, sauté the celery and onion in butter until tender.
- In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Stir in the celery mixture.
- Spoon into a greased 1-quart baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
