Stuffing for Roas…
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cups soft bread cubes
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps
  1. In a skillet, sauté the celery and onion in butter until tender.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the celery mixture.
  4. Spoon into a greased 1-quart baking dish.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
