Stuffed Shells
Ingredients
  • 12 jumbo shells
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 cups spaghetti sauce

Steps
  1. Cook shells in boiling water for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water; set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley and Italian seasoning.
  4. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the ricotta mixture into each shell.
  5. Place the stuffed shells in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Top with spaghetti sauce.
  6. Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until heated through.
